Consultation has concluded
Rockhampton Regional Council is seeking community feedback on the development of a new local play space in Noman Gardens, located at 788 Norman Road (on the corner of Springfield Drive and Nagle Drive).
The new play space will feature new landscaping and footpaths seamlessly connecting children and families to nearby housing and developments.
In addition to a shaded picnic area with a water bubbler, the shaded play area will feature a sandpit with play space components and a hard half court active play area.
Have your say on the type of play features you would like to see included in the design of the proposed play space.
Consultation closes: Sunday, 17 December 2023.
Please note: The proposed play space is in the initial stages of design and development, and construction of the proposed play space will not commence until the 2024/25 financial year.
