Help guide how local sustainability action will enhance the liveability, resilience, and long-term prosperity of our Region by providing your feedback on the draft Rockhampton Regional Council Sustainability Strategy (Towards 2030).

Continuing the great work that is already underway, the draft Sustainability Strategy seeks to strengthen our capacity to live sustainably; create more liveable and resilient communities; position our Region for further investment; and continually improve our environment and sustainability performance across Council’s operations.

We know the future isn't just somewhere we are going... it's something we're creating.

Here’s how you can participate:

  • Read the draft Rockhampton Regional Council Sustainability Strategy (Towards 2030) on the link on the top right-hand side of this page.
  • Complete the below feedback form for the draft Sustainability Strategy by Friday 23 September 2022.

    Sustaining the liveability, resilience and prosperity of our Region requires Council to work together with our local residents, communities, businesses, industries and other levels of government to create the future we want to see. 

    Complete this Feedback Form by 5pm Friday 23 September 2022 to provide your input into the draft Rockhampton Regional Council Sustainability Strategy (Towards 2030).
